Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to support the build of high-quality components and assemblies in a fast-paced bench assembly environment. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety. Candidates with experience assembling mechanical products, equipment, or complex consumer products are encouraged to apply.

• Read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions to accurately assemble components and subassemblies
• Perform bench-level mechanical assembly using hand and power tools, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality
• Assemble mechanical parts and components with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow established safety procedures and company quality standards
• Complete work according to production schedules with minimal supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of mechanical assembly, equipment assembly, manufacturing, or related hands-on experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics, BOMs, blueprints, or work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
