Overview
We're seeking a motivated technician to deliver hands-on technical support for our products. This role combines workshop tasks with regional travel, ideal for practical problem-solvers seeking stable employment with skill development opportunities.
Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of our products at client sites.
Conduct product training for customers and document technical feedback.
Manage service records, inventory (tools/spare parts), and warranty documentation.
Coordinate with sales teams to resolve client inquiries and process improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and service timelines.
Skills
Vocational qualification (e.g., mechatronics technician, mechanical technician) or 1+ years of technical support experience.
Professional English proficiency (written/spoken).
Willingness to travel regionally.
A valid driver's license is required.
We accept candidates with little working experience or graduates with an educational background in Mechanical Engineering.
Prefer candidates that are currently based in Germany with a valid work permit.
