Job Requirements

• Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Hand Surgery required
• Active medical license required
• DEA required
• Current CV must be submitted with the application
• At least 1 year of orthopedic surgery or hand surgery experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide hand surgery call coverage for inpatient orthopedic needs
• Evaluate and manage patients requiring surgical hand and upper-extremity care
• Perform procedures involving tendon release/repair and peripheral nerve surgery as needed
• Respond to 24-hour beeper call coverage and assist with call-back needs when required
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care in a busy clinical environment
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless coverage during scheduled call shifts
