Sr. Liaison – Email & Mobile MarketingRole: Sr. Liaison – Email & Mobile MarketingDuration: Long TermLocation: Memphis, TN – RemoteSchedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 – 5:00 pm CST (This is the preferred schedule for remote status)Note: Support for advanced audience segmentation and email execution.Requirements (Must Haves)Minimum 5 years experienceEmail marketing execution experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for a large-scale email marketing program, preferably for an e-commerce or retail brandSalesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist CertificationExperience working with Data Cloud and loyalty program managementStrong analytics skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metricsBoth client-side and agency experienceSalesforce Marketing Cloud experience. No other ESP (email service provider) experience is accepted.Essential Job FunctionsEnd-to-end execution of loyalty program communications, including build, QA, and deployment schedulingAssisting with analytics management and data interpretationAssisting with scaling email marketing and personalization programAssisting with customer journey managementAssisting with the implementation of email marketing and personalization technology roadmap
