Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Deal Sourcing Specialists to identify, qualify, and strategically source investment opportunities for our network of investors and fund managers.

This is a certified contractor role , not employment. Specialists operate independently and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Deal Sourcing Specialists will:

• Source and submit off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

• Provide structured context on opportunities (asset type, structure, economics, and investment thesis)

• Facilitate introductions between deal principals and investors

• Collaborate with analysts for early-stage diligence handoff

• Build a verified track record of sourced deals

• Earn transaction-based compensation for successfully closed opportunities

This role is ideal for professionals with deep networks and direct access to proprietary deal flow , including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and founders.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Deal Sourcing Specialists may:

• Identify and qualify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level context on opportunities (structure, economics, and strategic fit)

• Coordinate initial meetings between deal principals and capital partners

• Ensure seamless handoff to analysts for detailed diligence and modeling

• Maintain a record of strategically sourced deals

Note: Specialists are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Capital Deal Sourcing Specialists may source or submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience, credibility, and sourcing network .

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal

• Paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and specialist role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow
