The team leads high-impact initiatives that shape the future of Schwab’s presence in this rapidly evolving space. We combine strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver insights and recommendations that influence product development, market positioning, and long-term growth.As Manager, Digital Assets Business Operations & Strategy (individual contributor), you’ll help define and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across our digital assets offerings, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-visibility, entrepreneurial team at the forefront of financial innovation, where crypto intersects with institutional scale.
