Distribution Assistant

Role Overview: As a Distribution & Investor Relations Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Distribution team's lead management and outreach efforts across multiple projects. You will work closely with the distribution, marketing, and business development teams to ensure leads are tracked, followed up on, and accurately reflected in our systems to drive investor and capital-raising outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Track and follow up with leads across multiple concurrent projects. Conduct cold calling to engage prospective investors and capital sources. Update and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including lead status, notes, and next steps. Assist the Distribution team with day-to-day lead follow-up and pipeline management. Coordinate with marketing and distribution team members to prioritize outreach and track outcomes. Support data entry, cleanup, and workflow updates within Salesforce and related systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or CRM administration. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outbound communication. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Hands-on experience in capital markets distribution and investor relations.
