The company connects, protects, and purifies the world every day through a wide range of critical components and engineered solutions that solve our customers' most complex challenges.POSITION TITLE: Customer Service RepresentativeLOCATION: New Berlin, WIJOB DESCRIPTION: Our Customer Support Representatives are at the center of our customer's daily activities, whether it is taking in-bound calls, trouble-shooting, entering orders, preparing quotations, working with our sales teams, or coordinating orders with our internal departments.RESPONSIBILITIES:Effectively manage incoming callsService new and existing accountsAccurately and efficiently enter ordersWork with the sales team to provide quotations to customersHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactionsRecommend products or services by asking fact finding questionsProvide technical support to customersExpedite orders and quotations when neededWork with internal departments to better serve our customersTake the extra mile to engage customersQUALIFICATIONS:Education/Certifications/Experience Required: 2-5 years proven customer support experienceHigh School diploma required, bachelor's degree is a plusMicrosoft Excel skills requiredCustomer service drivenStrong phone and listening skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesSelf-motivated and the ability to work independently with minimum supervisionCreative problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong math aptitudeAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyNote: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the incumbent.
