Test Engineer

Salary: $110,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering/Industrial Technology
• At least three years of experience in a similar Test Engineer role
• Experience supporting test equipment and developing preventive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of data analysis, including R&R studies, SPC, and problem-solving methods
• PLC programming, design, and debugging skills
• Programming experience with Visual Basic, VB.NET, VB6.0, SQL, and LabVIEW
• Ability to create and revise electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings
• Experience setting up and operating laboratory instruments
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair automated equipment
• Strong software programming background, along with hydraulics and pneumatics experience in a high-volume environment

• Support our team in maintaining, improving, and innovating test system designs, processes, and methods
• Develop and work with test equipment and processes to identify ways to improve reliability and increase equipment uptime
• Modify software and electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to improve test equipment performance
• Support equipment used to verify hardware and software component functionality, including chart recorders, oscilloscopes, and multimeters
• Maintain preventive maintenance and spare parts systems for test equipment
• Identify opportunities to improve test processes
