Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Stepdown care for a travel assignment in Morgantown, WV. This is an opportunity to work on a dynamic Trauma & General Surgery Inpatient Unit, which also serves as a Comprehensive Bariatric Surgery Center. The unit offers a collaborative environment for nurses to practice at the top of their scope, managing diverse and challenging cases.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with multi-trauma, TBI, fractures, and general surgeries
• Manage complex wound care, drains, and devices
• Administer medications and titrate drips as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EPIC

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Experience with EPIC, Level 1 Trauma, and 1:6 patient ratios
• Experience with complex wounds, respiratory support, and TBI management
