Project Accountant - Midtown Atlanta

Staff Accountant
Our client, a strong stable publicly traded company located in Metro Atlanta has an immediate need for a staff accountant with strong job costing experience.
This is a permanent position with excellent benefits and free parking and other nice perks. The base salary is up to $60k plus or minus depending on experience.
In this role you will be assisting the accounting and operations manager. Your primary focus will be:
- Job costing
- General ledger maintenance
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Working with clients and vendors
- Assisting with special projects as needed
The client is looking for someone with:
- A bachelor's in accounting
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferably with job costing experience
- Strong computer and excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
