Shift Manager

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring high quality, excellent service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks: planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective actions to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager for a smooth handoff. They also help departments achieve targets. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a flexible schedule, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Wages & Benefits Health Care: ACA Compliant health plan available after one year of full‑time service. Wages: $17‑$21 per hour, based on experience and availability.
