Responsibilities Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures Shift Manager Compensation Range: $16 - $17 / hour.
