A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to support a smooth transition. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
