What To Expect We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Drive Unit. As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the development and introduction of new Drive Unit technologies, products, and processes, ensuring timely and successful implementation. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex engineering programs, and ensure adherence to our development process, product quality, and timelines. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the improvements to our existing Drive Units as well as launching new Drive Units, collaborating with various global teams to identify areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions to meet business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
