Customer Data Platform Audience Implementation - Secondment 9-12 Months

Influence and support US Consumer and US HCP CRM teams as a Salesforce Data Cloud technical expert Review the pipeline of CDP audience structuring and building requests Build email audiences, personalization, and data extensions in Salesforce Data Cloud Organize and manage data extensions Share CDP audiences internally for approval Support a CDP data dictionary or glossary for data contained in the US CDP Partner with engineering and technical leads to understand available CDP data types Support Pfizer Operations in validating and approving Salesforce Data Cloud audiences and data extensions Act as the main point of contact for audiences and data extensions Provide expertise and thought leadership across Salesforce Marketing Cloud audience-related solutions Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud analytics to improve CRM targeting strategy and measure CRM impact Use dynamic sending and suppression lists to manage unsubscribe rates Refine and optimize CRM audience segments based on campaign performance and customer behavior metrics Requirements Bachelor's degree with at least 8+ years of experience Expertise in Customer Data Platforms, including significant Salesforce Data Cloud experience targeting emails and building audiences Experience with relational databases, SQL, or data schemas to understand and query potential data sources Exceptional interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrix environment Demonstrated business acumen, strong analytical skills, and strategic mindset Role model for Pfizer Values: Courage, Excellence, Equity, and Joy Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and colleagues at all organizational levels Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information Preferred: Master's degree with at least 7+ years of experience, PhD with 5+ years of experience, or MD with 4+ years of experience Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and/or Architect certification preferred Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred Intermediate SQL knowledge preferred Experience building executive-level work products and partnerships to support CRM strategy success Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee and guide colleagues' work Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer Must have permanent work authorization in the United States; U.S. work visa sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Customer Data Platforms, with a strong focus on audience building, data management, and CRM strategy optimization.
