Project Management Support Role Duration: Through end of Dec 2022. Potential for extension Location: Manager is in Washington DC so ideally there, but there is a good amount of team based in Purchase NY so open to there as well. Manager is also open to NYC Onsite 2 days per week- Flexible if there is a need to do something a little bit different. No 100% Remote. They need to be able to come in at least twice a week. Top 3 Required Technical Skills: 1. Research 2. Putting together a presentation or deck (PPT, excel, Word) 3. Project management exp Role: Provide project management support for the NAM team Facilitate collaboration, information sharing, data collection, analysis, and reporting and communications Conduct informational research on thought leadership, current events and potential partners that are relevant to our social impact work Manage ad hoc initiatives in support of cross-functional workstreams internally and externally Provide general administrative support as needed All About You: Demonstrated project management and execution skills with strong ability to manage deliverables and deadlines for multiple initiatives and teams Proven skills in relationship management and managing multiple stakeholders with professionalism and maturity Experience responding to routine and complex inquiries in a complete and timely manner Superior written and oral communications skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization Understanding of the relationship between business and community needs, key influencers, policy makers, non-profit leaders and others My3Tech Inc
