Technical Business Analyst

A well-established investment management firm in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its technology team. This role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive process improvements, support technology initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Gather and document business and technical requirements for technology initiatives. Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies. Utilize SQL and data analysis tools for reporting, testing, validation, and troubleshooting. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Support vendor relationships and technology enhancement initiatives. Help identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workflows and productivity. Qualifications Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role. Strong proficiency with SQL and Excel for data analysis and validation. Experience with JIRA or similar project management/ticketing tools. Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, and process optimization . Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. Financial services or investment management experience preferred.
