Insight Global is hiring for a Business Analyst to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunications company. This Business Analyst will be joining the Customer Operations organization specifically within the Business Integration Team. This group is at the forefront of all customer-impacted company initiatives. This Business Analyst will be working on their Core, government, and mobile projects. On a day-to-day basis, this Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements and creating work/process flows. Furthermore, this business analyst will be responsible for end-to-end business requirements, rules and user Stories, operational improvements, PMO and ORT testing. On a day-to-day basis, this business analyst will spend 60% of their time within stakeholder and stand-up meetings. This business analyst will be responsible for presenting at the executive-stakeholder level. The other 40% will be spent on requirements: gathering, documenting, creating process flows, and working cross-functionally with other teams in/out of the organization.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of Business Analyst Experience

Strong experience with use cases, user stories, BRDs, FRDs, etc.

Strong experience with using MS Visio to create process flows

Proficient within Excel for analyzing and pulling data to create reports

Creating PowerPoint Deck Presentations for leadership/executives

Great personality & communication

Bachelor's Degree Telecom Experience

Prior experience with writing/gathering government and legal requirements
