Job Overview Saint Luke’s Hospital, Plaza location seeks a Floor Technician to maintain floor surfaces including hard surfaces and carpeted areas. As part of the Environmental Services Department, you will help meet timely service, product quality, safety, and sanitation standards while interacting with patients daily to provide a positive experience. Shift Details Full‑time position Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM Work week: Monday–Friday Rotating weekends (every other weekend) Rotating holidays Responsibilities Cleaning, spot removal, buffing, and burnishing floor surfaces Cleaning and disinfecting public and patient rooms, bathrooms, floors, and offices; removing trash; wiping surfaces Filling in for staff as needed Handling customer complaints Following policies, procedures, and safety practices for chemicals and equipment Conducting interactions in a professional manner Safely operating mechanical floor equipment; moving equipment and furnishings as required Qualifications Less than 1 year of relevant experience Ability to work independently and on your feet all day Strong customer service skills; flexibility; positive attitude; eagerness to learn; teamwork Benefits Health, vision, and dental coverage Leave of absence, PTO, and various welfare plans Flexible and Health Savings Accounts Tuition and education reimbursement Retirement options Clinical advancement program Minimum starting rate $17.50 / hour Evening and Weekend Shift Differential Saint Luke’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
