Provide individual, family, group, and telehealth therapy. Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation per company policy. Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit documentation for each session according to company guidelines. Meet a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week on a full‑time basis. Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Qualifications Active NJ license (LMFT, LAMFT, LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW). Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of one year of clinical experience under licensure. Experience with completing diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical progress notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients. Timely completion and submission of documentation. Comfort working with a diverse client base.
