Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavioral intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities Provide coaching and training to parent-child interaction therapists (PCITs) and other staff members to ensure effective implementation of behavioral interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, and to provide consultation and support to parents and caregivers Analyze data and measure progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) About Astra ABA: At Astra ABA, we believe in nurturing the unique talents of every young learner, guiding them towards a future filled with possibilities.
