Position Summary The BCBA provides clinical leadership for children receiving in-home ABA therapy and supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Core duties include conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, analyzing data, coaching caregivers, and ensuring ethical, evidence-based care that drives meaningful progress.
Primary Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations.
Adjust plans based on ongoing data and progress.
Clinical Supervision Supervise, mentor, and coach RBTs.
Conduct competency assessments and provide performance feedback.
Family Partnership & Collaboration Deliver caregiver education and parent coaching.
Documentation, Compliance & Quality Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and analyze treatment data.
Qualifications Required Current BCBA certification in good standing.
North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Minimum two years of ABA experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
Ability to travel locally to client homes.
Preferred In-home ABA therapy experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
