Travel Operating Room Technician (CVOR) in Kansas City, KS

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours between 06:30-19:00
• 40 hours per week
• Must be willing to work/take call on holidays
• Weekend and on-call rotation (about one weekend per month)
• Orientation: Monday-Tuesday new employee orientation

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience in a Level 1 trauma center
• Recent, strong scrub experience on cardiac surgeries
• Previous circulating experience required
• Current CST License and BLS Certification (must be maintained)
• Willingness to float to Bell OR, Cambridge OR, and SPD areas as needed
• Commitment to working in a nicotine-free environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Assisting in cardiac and vascular operating rooms as a scrub and circulator
• Ensuring optimal patient care and safety standards in the OR
• Supporting surgical teams with high-priority trauma and cardiac cases
• Maintaining readiness for emergency cases and call requirements
