Housing Case Manager — Empower Families

Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County in Fort Worth is seeking a full-time Case Manager to oversee program planning and manage a caseload of residents. You will support their transition into independent living through skill development and emotional healing. Candidates should have five years of experience in clinical social work or case management, preferably with the unsheltered community. A Bachelor's in Social Work or Ministry is required, along with the Texas Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) preferred.
