We are looking for a highly motivated Network Technician to join a great team and have a real impact on the business!The ideal candidate is a customer champion who brings a combination of technical acumen, problem solving skills, great judgement, and all-star collaborative ability to drive successful resolution of customer issues and measures success in the satisfaction of the customer.Responsibilities:Monitor core network elements, network performance, and facilities for service issues and proactively address potential issuesPerform remote troubleshooting while always maintaining a positive and professional manner in high-stress situationsTake repair calls and provide status to customers on a regular basisMaintain workload through a queue detailing each ticket with notes of steps taken test results and resolutionProvide installation/configuration guidance and testing to customers and partnersAct as first level of escalation for repairs and orders for Customer Care and Service DeliveryProvide remote support for Field Services teamsProvide 24x7 on-call support as needed, including ability to work a flexible, off-hours schedule for planned/unplanned issuesMake recommendations for process and procedure improvementMaintain schedule of network maintenanceBe able to perform individually at or above expectationsQualifications, skills, and knowledge:A bachelor's degree in related fieldPrevious experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields2+ years of voice and data troubleshooting experienceCustomer-first attitudeCCNA, CCENT, or other Cisco certifications are preferredCisco/Adtran Router and Switch experience, VoIP experience preferredIntermediate understanding of telephony, IP, LAN/WAN technology conceptsStrong analytical skillsInnovative approachGet it done mentalityWhat we'll bring to the table:Work-life balanceVibrant company culture and fun work environment – our values don't sit on a shelf collecting dust, we use them in all we doAbility to make an impact – your ideas and voice are important to us and are welcomed hereEmployee health is one of our top priorities!
