Foam Assembler

Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Foam Assemblers to join our team. The Foam Assembler will be responsible for assembling, cutting, packaging, and inspecting foam products according to customer specifications and production requirements.

Shift: 6am-3pm M-F Pay Rate: 18-25

Responsibilities:

• Assemble foam components and protective packaging materials.
• Cut, trim, and shape foam materials using hand tools and production equipment.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Measure and inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Use hand tools and basic production equipment safely.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is dependable, hands-on, comfortable working with foam and production materials, and able to consistently produce quality work while meeting production goals.
