Quality Specialist Phoenix, AZ Contract – 1st Shift, 5/40 Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Pay Rate: $33.52/Hr. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k Required Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Quality Specialist Proficiency using measurement tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to work weekends and overtime. Ability to provide feedback to production teams to prevent recurring defects. Position Summary Quality Specialist Supports quality assurance activities and ensures compliance with standards. Helps maintain product and process excellence across the organization. Partners with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Monitors quality performance, resolves issues, and supports continuous improvement efforts.
