Welcome to 360 Westport! We are nothing without our team, and we value and appreciate the strengths, energy, and charisma each team member brings with them. We are seeking bar backs with high volume experience and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Responsibilities include:
- Stocking the Bar : Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
- Cleaning and Maintenance : Keeping the bar area clean, including washing glasses, cleaning spills, and maintaining bar equipment.
- Restocking Supplies : Replenishing ice, napkins, straws, and other bar supplies throughout the shift.
- Assisting Bartenders : Helping bartenders with tasks like fetching ingredients, preparing garnishes, and occasionally mixing simple drinks.
- Customer Service : Interacting with customers, taking orders, and delivering drinks when needed.
- Inventory Management : Keeping track of inventory levels and informing the manager when supplies are running low.
- Setting Up and Breaking Down : Preparing the bar before opening and cleaning up after closing.
