Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Cardiac Cath Lab/EP position specializing in electrophysiology procedures. Responsible for scrub and support of EP cases, ensuring patient care in a fast-paced environment with rotational late-day support.
Responsibilities:
- Scrub and assist with electrophysiology procedures, including device implants such as leadless pacemakers.
- Support and circulates during EP cases, maintaining safety and adherence to protocols.
- Float to support other hospital areas, including the Cath Holding Room, as needed.
- Maintain competence in EP equipment and ensure proper setup and functioning.
- Adhere to scheduling requirements, including late shift rotations and flexibility for unit needs.
- Comply with all hospital policies, including travel, licensure, and certification standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid active RN license in hand at time of submission.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a cardiac cath lab, EP lab, or similar setting.
- Experience with EP procedures, including device scrubbing and circulating.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- EPIC EMR experience is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a required EKG exam with no open cases or disqualifying background issues.
