An exceptional opportunity is available for an Anesthesiologist to join a high-performing perioperative team in Saranac Lake, New York. This position offers outstanding earning potential, schedule flexibility, and a diverse clinical practice in one of the most scenic mountain regions in the Northeast.
This role is ideal for anesthesiologists seeking a combination of financial upside, clinical variety, and an elevated quality of life.

$675,000 $700,000+ estimated annual income
$50,000 sign-on bonus
Flexible 4x10 schedule
1:5 call rotation with post-call day off

Collaborative, team-based anesthesia care model
Diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, vascular, plastics, and OB
Six modern operating rooms and advanced endoscopy suite
Approximately 6,000 anesthetics annually
Opportunities to perform and teach advanced regional anesthesia and nerve blocks with CRNAs
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Eligible for New York medical licensure
