Adirondack Health, in partnership with Millennium Imaging, is seeking a General Radiologist to join a growing program in Saranac Lake, New York. This is a full-time, weekday position offering an excellent work-life balance, competitive compensation, and access to modern imaging technology. Position Highlights Full-time, Monday Friday schedule No overnight call Broad-based general radiology practice Supportive, team-oriented environment Exceptional lifestyle in the Adirondack Mountains Practice Overview You will provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services across multiple modalities, including: General diagnostic radiology X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound Basic interventional procedures (preferred, not required) Collaboration with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams Candidate Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology Eligible for New York medical licensure Strong communication and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits $400,000 $600,000+ salary, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package CME allowance Relocation assistance Retirement plan and paid time off Community & Lifestyle Saranac Lake offers an unparalleled quality of life with year-round outdoor recreation, lakes, mountains, and a vibrant small-town community.
