As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between clinical excellence and an exceptional patient journey—helping patients understand treatment, feel comfortable with financial options, and leave feeling supported every step of the way.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Dental office experience preferred.
• Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements.

Must-Haves:

• 1+ years of dental front-office experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance, PPOs, Medicaid, breakdowns, and coordination of benefits.
• Proficiency (or quick learner) in Open Dental software.
• Rock-solid attendance, work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Natural ability to build trust with patients and teammates alike.

• $22-28 per hour (we pay for skill and heart).
• Part-time hours (20-22hrs per week) are temporary with Full-time hours (32-34hrs per week) starting in August.
