Highlighted Duties: Partner closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and operational growth. Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison to the President and leadership team. Help foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture. Assist with implementation of new ERP system. Build and lead programs that develop frontline employees into future leaders and managers. Help create a strong internal leadership pipeline and succession strategy. Drive goal-setting, performance reviews, employee development, and accountability initiatives. Utilize metrics and performance systems to support growth and continuous improvement. Evaluate and enhance compensation structures and pay-for-performance programs. Collaborate with brokers and vendors to optimize benefit offerings while managing costs. Oversee recruiting strategy and hiring processes across production and office functions. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. Develop and maintain policies related to hiring, terminations, PTO, workplace safety, affirmative action, and employee relations. Streamline HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and employee experience. Highlighted Requirements: 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing or distribution environments. Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required. SPHR or SHRM certification is a plus. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. Experience supporting leadership teams and influencing organizational decisions. Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and relationship‑building abilities. Passion for culture, employee development, and operational excellence. Experience with compensation strategy and performance-based pay systems.
