Automotive Mechanic Technician - Experienced - 1st Shift (Monday to Friday)

Position Overview We’re looking for automotive mechanics with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience to join us at Carvana - the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. Responsibilities Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, ranging from timing belts and suspension systems to heavy engine work. Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles. Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as vehicle climate control systems including ACs and heater cores. Schedule & Overtime We do everything we can to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and that includes delivering great vehicles when expected. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. We are looking for team players who are all in on our mission and are able to work mandatory overtime. Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. May be subject to an MVR check. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment while exposed to excessive weather (heat/cold). Use required safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
