(USA) Area Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, HMSC)

Lancaster, TX Position Summary Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing, scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, procedures, and monitoring compliance. Identify and address associate, customer, and supplier concerns, determine corrective actions, and make recommendations to resolve issues. Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and modeling company policies and procedures. Identify training and development needs, support hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.
