Production Supervisor

Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 30 employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in driving production efficiency, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing supervision, with a hands-on approach to managing daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Currently have a need on all three shifts.
\n \nProjects You'll Work On:

- Establishing and maintaining production expectations related to efficiency, safety, and quality. \n
- Overseeing daily production needs, managing work instructions, and supporting team productivity. \n
- Monitoring production metrics, educating the team on performance, and implementing improvement strategies. \n
- Providing resources and support to hourly personnel to achieve their daily goals. \n
- Communicating effectively with employees through both written and verbal channels. \n
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of production activities. \n
- Upholding plant policies and procedures while operating manual and automated production equipment. \n
- Coaching team members and fostering their professional growth and development. \n
- Collaborating with Human Resources in the hiring, training, and development of staff. \n
- Assisting in the development and implementation of continuous improvement programs. \n
What Experience You Should Bring:

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent; a Certificate or Associate Degree is preferred. \n
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision. \n
- Strong visual skills to monitor and improve production processes. \n
