Role Description The Junior Creative Designer role is a full-time position, hybrid, and based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role involves creating visual concepts for photoshoots, campaigns, and digital and print assets, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines and project objectives. The Junior Creative Designer will collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, account managers, and other designers to develop concepts, brand experiences, brand systems and graphics for websites, social media, packaging, and marketing materials. Daily responsibilities include translating briefs into compelling design solutions, preparing final files for production, iterating based on feedback, and supporting multiple projects under tight deadlines. The role also includes staying current with design trends across luxury and lifestyle sectors and contributing fresh ideas to pitches and presentations. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience. Strong skills in Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital and print. Proficiency in Typography, layout, and composition for various formats and platforms. Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma or similar). Additional skills in either illustration, motion, web design, 3D design, or photography is preferred but not expected. Ability to interpret creative briefs, present concepts clearly, and incorporate feedback efficiently. Experience working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial but not required. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Must have a presentable, strong design portfolio website.
