Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID (Relocation Required)

About the Job :

We are looking for a career-minded HR Manager to run human resources for 4 growing companies . This is a fast-paced, hands-on role managing employees across 15 U.S. states and coordinating directly with our operations in 3 Central American regions .

A core focus of this role is managing our H-2B seasonal guest worker program —from initial DOL/DHS applications through worker onboarding—as well as maintaining full compliance with MSPA (Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act) licensing.

Hands-On Training Included

You won't be thrown into the deep end. You will train directly alongside our retiring HR Manager (who has been with us for 25 years ) and our executive team to learn our custom software, licensing processes, and company culture.

• Competitive Pay: Base salary negotiable based on experience, supplemented by performance bonuses paid 3 times per year .

What You Will Do

• H-2B Program & Worker Applications: Oversee H-2B applications, seasonal hiring, worker onboarding, and immigration paperwork filings.
• MSPA Licensing & Compliance: Manage MSPA registrations, licensing maintenance, and regulatory recordkeeping across all active states.
• Multi-Company HR Leadership: Handle daily HR tasks, employee relations, and compliance across 4 business entities.
• International Travel & Management: Travel to Central America for pre-season management meetings and oversee worker travel logistics across the U.S. and internationally.
• Bilingual Operations: Serve as the primary contact for our regional teams and leadership based in Central America.

What We Are Looking For

• Bilingual Fluency (English & Spanish): Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages for business operations.
• HR & Compliance Background: Proven experience in HR management, seasonal guest worker programs (H-2B filings/logistics), and MSPA licensing regulations.
• International Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel to Central America for pre-season planning and operational meetings.
• Multi-Tasker: Comfortable managing complex logistics and compliance across 15 states and multiple entities.
• Local or Relocating: Must reside in or be ready to relocate to Coeur d'Alene, ID .
