Clinical Pharmacist, Abdominal Transplant Care

Intermountain Health is seeking a clinical pharmacist for the Abdominal Transplant program at Intermountain Medical Center. The role supports care of kidney and liver transplant recipients, with inpatient management and ambulatory clinic duties across the Transplant Clinic. The position runs Monday–Friday 7:00–3:30 with weekends and major holidays on a rotating basis.
