HCA Healthcare is seeking a Centralized Order Entry (COE) Pharmacist in Colorado. You will monitor, evaluate and optimize the use of pharmaceuticals for patient care, entering orders accurately and ensuring compliance with hospital policies. The role emphasizes safety, drug interactions screening and medication interventions across neonatal to geriatric patients.
