To support a growing SaaS company, the full-time remote Director of People will manage HR priorities, enhance people systems, and oversee talent acquisition while collaborating closely with the CFO and Operations Team. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to set HR priorities and measure progress while refining HR processes Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and improve the recruiting playbook for scalability Design and implement performance management frameworks and employee development programs Required Qualifications Hands-on HR leadership experience in a scaling SaaS or tech environment (50-250 employees) Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition and performance management systems Familiarity with remote work culture and managing distributed teams Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
