Apartment Maintenance Technician – Salisbury, NC 28147
Pay: $19–$20/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Start Date: ASAP | Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity
BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Salisbury, NC (28147) . This role is ideal for someone who can handle daily maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent service to residents.
Responsibilities- Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
- Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Provide friendly, professional service to residents and staff
- Maintenance certification required (EPA or equivalent)
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
