Business Process Analyst

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Business Process Analyst will define, develop, and deliver mid-office technology solutions, manage testing efforts, and serve as a subject matter expert across supported platforms in the travel industry. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders while translating operational needs into functional specifications Manage the intake, prioritization, and tracking of requests and projects, coordinating delivery across teams Ensure solutions meet requirements through QA, UAT, and validation, while monitoring system performance and resolving quality control issues Required qualifications Corporate travel experience with exposure to Travel Quality Systems and GDS scripting (e.g., Concur Compleat, iQCX, AQUA) Proven hands-on experience with at least two GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport Plus) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple priorities independently Experience in establishing and maintaining standards, documentation, and process governance
