Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with patients, creating a safe space for therapeutic exploration.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, as well as formulate and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal patient progress and outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing evaluations of patient development, utilizing standardized assessments and clinical observations.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Respond to crises by providing immediate support, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain organized and accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical records to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to specialized services when appropriate to address holistic patient needs.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active and valid LCSW license is required to practice in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
