Small CPA firm seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide office and clerical support. This position requires strong typing and Microsoft Word skills, accuracy with financial/statistical information, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative duties in a professional office environment.

 

Duties to include:

  • Heavy typing and formatting of financial and statistical data using Microsoft Word
  • Preparation, editing, proofreading, and organization of reports, correspondence, and client documents
  • General administrative and office support duties
  • Answering phones and greeting clients professionally
  • Filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining office records
  • Assisting with tax season workflow and document management
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate information in office systems
  • Handling confidential financial and client information with discretion
  • Supporting partner with daily office operations

 

Requirements:

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general office software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous like experience within a CPA or law firm preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
