RN EducatorCrown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility located in Cortland, NY, is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff development team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing evidence-based educational programs that promote the ongoing professional growth of our nursing team.Key responsibilities include:Develop and implement evidence-based, quality education programs to enhance staff competency and the delivery of high-quality clinical services.Collaborate with management, staff, and external partners to assess, integrate, and evaluate educational needs and resources.Develop, review, and update training manuals, policies/procedures, job aides, and clinical pathways.Educate staff on clinical policies, criteria, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.Conduct new staff orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Conduct quality review audits of the clinical team and strategic partners to ensure that company protocols and standards are being met.Requirements:New York State RN License required.1+ years of clinical experience as a registered nurse preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to foster a positive learning environment and ensure staff compliance with healthcare standards.What we offer:Stable opportunity with ample opportunities to develop and grow your career.Competitive pay - $42-$44/HR.A home away from home for our residents.
