Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in medical-surgical nursing is sought for an inpatient medical unit in Iowa City. This role involves providing patient care on a 3C adult inpatient medical unit with rotating weekend and holiday shifts. The position is scheduled for days, with a start date as soon as possible.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) Certifications; relevant nursing degree; licensure in the state of Iowa; at least 0 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult inpatient care and rotating holiday schedules
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This position involves working in an adult inpatient medical unit with daily responsibilities focused on patient care and safety, operating within the facilitys established clinical protocols and SOPs.
