Overview We are partnering with a supply chain services/financial services firm based in NYC to place an AVP of Technical Accounting. This is a brand-new role, created (along with two other new positions) to accommodate substantial business growth and a heavy pipeline. The client's business has a high level of complexity and nuance - the right candidate will be autonomous, flexible, and motivated to learn. Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities Review and oversee month-end reconciliations, including AR, AP, and inventory Maintain complete, accurate financials records Monthly, report on balance sheet and profit & loss Lead communication with external audit/external accounting firms Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in finance/accounting, especially in investment accounting, administration, and financial reporting CPA required Enterprise-level experience Exposure to inventory in a financial services setting preferred Public experience preferred SystemsAccountants is the only NetSuite and financial systems specialist recruitment firm to be credited as a NetSuite Alliance Partner.
