At TelCom Construction, LLC, as an Equipment Foreman on our Telecom Construction team, you\u2019ll oversee crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. You\u2019ll also manage equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment. What You\u2019ll Do Lead crews to meet project timelines Safely operate and control assigned equipment Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed Oversee and help with training of crew members Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance Perform work in all weather conditions All other duties as assigned What You\u2019ll Need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company A valid driver\u2019s license High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred At least three years of related experience Previous Foreman experience preferred Physical Abilities & Exposures Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse Benefits Weekly Paychecks Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays 401(k) w/ Company Match Stock Purchase Plan Education Reimbursement Legal Insurance Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more Why grow your career with us Your career here is more than just a job — it\u2019s your pathway to opportunity.
